About This Course
Program Overview
The MA in Organizational Leadership (MAOL) is a uniquely designed programme run by the National Transformational Leadership Institute (NTLI) at the University of Juba in collaboration with Development Associate International (DAI). It focuses on: Identifying specific needs and issues facing Christian organizational leaders dwelling and working in South Sudan and worldwide; Promoting leadership skills, management and professionalism; and enhancing Christian commitment, relevance and community outreach.

Target Audience
- The MAOL academic programme is a 3-year (Two semesters per year) distance education programme interwoven with biannual face-to-face residencies that take place at the NTLI premises. This is followed by significant written formative and summative assignments, while the course tutor manages the qualitative feedback virtually. It allows students to continue working in their institutions/ organisations while completing the coursework. The programme emphasizes on interactive learning, problem-solving, peer mentoring and the application of sound biblical and management principles to everyday leadership practice.
